Casting Call Survey - Northbridge, MA

1. This event will take place in Northbridge, MA on Tuesday, October 27, 2015.  You will be at the golf course for approximately 6 hours.  During the event, we will be taking pictures and filming you on the golf course.  The finished images and footage may be used in Titleist advertising & promotional material. 

Are you available to join us and are you willing to be photographed and filmed and have your footage used for Titleist promotional purposes?
